dear noah + johnny: What a spectacular journey thus far!! It sounds amazing!! I'm glad the little baby (noah) was kept safe from the rattle snake!! When are you going to bike through europe? Swiss smooches, Jesse
It's Sunday, 6/24 and I'm in Larned, Kansas, roughly halfway across the great state of Kansas. Where are you guys? Maybe you could update your blog or something.
While I was in Eads, CO, I heard from the clerk at the drugstore that there were 2 guys riding to Maine maybe 1 day ahead of me. I thought it might have been you 2 guys and maybe you hitched a ride or something and leapfrogged ahead of me but then I settled down and decided you'd never do that. Anyway, you may catch up to these guys soon. I never saw them, but maybe they were stealth-camping somewhere and I past by them.
Another thing is that, when you join the TransAm, all of a sudden you see westbound riders all over the place. Not like the Western Express where you never see anyone. I'm sure you'll be seeing everyone I've been meeting, and maybe some eastbound riders as well.
Congratulations on making it this far. If you are reading this....we are assuming we know you, maybe.
